Amazon Account Administrator - Italian Speaking

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest and most well known alternative clothing suppliers in the UK today. Created in 1997, the company has gone from strength-to-strength and now boasts a wide range of official band merchandise, festival accessories, alternative clothing and footwear across thirteen high street stores in the UK. Coupled with this, their Internet presence has seen strong growth year-on-year and now boasts over a million visits every month alone.

Due to exceptionally strong and sustained growth, they are looking to fill the role of Italian Amazon Account Administrator.

The Role:

Successful applicants will work within their IT department and the sole focus of this role will be to work alongside their ecommerce team, helping to migrate and upload products from their website to their Amazon.it Marketplace Store. All applicants must be fluent in Italian and be able to work with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. All other training will be provided.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Translating all product descriptions and titles on their website from English into Italian,
- Translating and migrating products from their website to their amazon.it (and sometime ebay.it) selling platform/s,
- Creating, populating and maintaining product spread sheets/flat files (using Microsoft Excel), whilst always ensuring all information is up-to-date,
- Translating their clothing and footwear size guides from the UK to Italian/EU Sizing Conventions,
- Handling and dealing with a low volume of Italian Customer Support (Emails and Telephone Calls).

Note:
You must be fluent in both spoken and written Italian. You will be using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for the majority of your duties.

ALL other training will be provided.
