Business Analyst - Culture/People Change, Organisational Change
For this "Big 4" consultancy firm we are looking for Talent and Organisation Business Analyst/Consultant to work in one of the global service lines within the Management Consulting. The successful candidate will have already demonstrated a successful history of building sustained client relationships, and will have a demonstrable track record of change management project/service delivery with a particular focus on Financial Services.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Providing management consulting expertise to improve the bottom line performance of the client organization and de-risk business change programmes
- Contributing to business development activity including proposal responses, client interaction, and network within the Financial Services community
- Building strong and sustained client relationships
- Developing and delivering change solutions for a variety of client specific scenarios that may include: business transformation, change strategy, regulatory, compliance and risk related change
- Serving as a change agent, coach or facilitator within the client organisation
- Managing, coaching and developing a team of business transformation practitioners
- Leveraging your expertise and experience to contribute to our T&O offerings
You will be challenged by:
- Consulting on the leadership and management of change initiatives, communications, training and other support programs that will effectively prepare client staff to perform optimally.
- Delivering quality projects that are both technically appropriate and able to be implemented within the client environment.
- Developing, execution and maintenance of the project work plan and budget.
- Determining "go to market" business strategies and tactics
- Successfully maintaining high-level client relationships and meeting/exceeding client expectations. Identifying and develop value-added service opportunities.
- Intellectual contribution to the knowledge base. Conducting resource planning/skills assessment and monitor utilization levels to manage project staffing.
