POSITION: Field Based Diesel Generator Service Engineer
PRODUCTS: 30kVA to 1,600 kVA SDMO Diesel Generators
SALARY: £27,000 - £30,000 + Company Vehicle + Overtime + Tools + Laptop + Phone + Healthcare + Sick Pay + Pension + 22 days paid holiday
LOCATION: Field based across Birmingham
EXPERIENCE: To be suitable for this role you MUST HAVE the following experience:
1) Ability to singlehandedly fault find, service and repair 30kVA to 1,600kVA Diesel Generators
2) Mechanical Engineering qualification and training
THE ROLE: Your role will be field based across the Birmingham area. You will be completing planned preventative maintenance tasks and attending emergency reactive repair calls. The work will focus on SDMO diesel generators ranging from 30kVA to 1,600kVA used in a wide range of settings.
THE COMPANY: This family owned UK business has been established for well over 30 years, consistently supplying back-up and temporary power services to a variety of industries. Last year their turnover had increased by 20% elevating it to in excess of £40m.
