Legal Software Product Specialist - Conveyancing, Family/Matrimonial, Litigation/Personal Injury, Criminal, Accounts, Debt Recovery, Liberate, LiberateSE - GBP18,000-24,000 + Company Car (after 3 month probationary period) - Leeds
Role:
This is a client-facing role the main duties of which would combine training on practice management software and customer care skills with a positive attitude to problem solving, this role may also include various aspects of the implementation of a computer system, from Project Management, to User Training and Support.
Candidate:
As the ideal candidate you will have previous experience of working in a legal practice environment a with an in-depth knowledge of Conveyancing, Family/Matrimonial, Litigation/Personal Injury, Criminal, Accounts, Debt Recovery, Liberate OR LiberateSE, along with the following skills and attributes:
* Have good personal presentation.
* Have the ability to understand client requirements and to guide clients in the implementation and usage of practice management software to fulfil these requirements.
* Have the ability to deal with finance queries at the highest level.
* Have good telephone skills.
* Possess good organisational skills.
* Be able and willing to work on own initiative.
* Have a mature, strong, confident, but diplomatic personality. Be able to communicate at all levels and display patience in dealing with people/situations.
* Have an interest and aptitude for expanding his/her own knowledge.
* Clean driving licence essential.
* Good WP/keyboard skills.
* Have a flexible approach to duties and working hours.
* Be willing and free to travel and stay away from home as necessary.
