Graduate Trainees

Product Development
You'll help us enhance our product range for clients. From developing complex applications to testing systems for problems, we'll get you involved in every step of the development process. You'll need knowledge of RDBMS and SQL, be comfortable working in a Unix environment, and understand the whole software development lifecycle.

Product Support
Acting as a technical resource, you'll provide frontline support to clients across our product range, mostly over the phone. We'll provide extensive training to fully bring you up to speed as an implementation specialist. Customer service skills will be key, as will technical knowledge and the ability to present to a non-technical audience.

Product Management
You'll work closely with clients to fully understand their business, gather the necessary requirements, and provide product-based solutions and support - both pre- and post-sales. The role involves international travel, sometimes at short notice. Together with a good understanding of the securities and capital markets, you'll need gravitas as well as credibility.

We're looking for graduates with at least an honours degree in an IT related course. An understanding of the financial sector would be a huge plus too. And of course, you'll be flexible, quick on your feet, and always up for new opportunities to learn and develop yourself professionally.
