Paralegal

Our client has a dynamic and vibrant practice based near to Kingsway. Working with a variety of clients from institutions to individuals they offer legal services that encompass property, contracts, employment, litigation and other areas of expertise. The staff is key to their success and many have been there in excess of five years.

This is a fixed term contract that could extend or even become permanent supporting the litigation practice areas. In addition to general administration and support, other duties will include documentation preparation and compilation, research and associated related duties and tasks.

You will require:

Excellent communication skills.
Professional telephone manner, fielding calls where appropriate.
Accurate message taking and delivery
High attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload, a methodical and structured approach to your work
Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Ability to interact with people at all levels.
Client orientated approach - with a client focus on both internal and external clients.
A willing and positive demeanor with a desire to always deliver the best .
Ability to think on your feet
Take ownership of assigned tasks or problems, seeing then through to conclusion as required.
Friendly, down to earth person with a high degree of flexibility, understanding, enthusiasm and humour

You will need to have a legal degree and previous experience.
