Billing Services Analyst - Utilities

As a Billing Services Analyst you will be expected to resolve customer and commercially impacting billing issues to ensure accurate and efficient invoices. Using system and process experience you will investigate and initiate solutions. This role requires you to report directly to the Billing Services Manager, you would work as part of a team to drive down unbilled revenue and customer queries.

Specific responsibilities and desired skills of this role include:

- Resolution of complex billing issues to target timescales, with analytical skills to asses and resolve them
- Investigation, testing and documentation of solutions to account issues
- Liaison with cross functional teams to resolve pre billing issues
- Experience within the Utilities industry
- Confidence around systems and office tools
