The successful Senior Marketing Manager will be the lead marketer on this project working hand-in-hand with the CMO to develop a comprehensive launch and growth strategy from the ground up. Focused towards Social, Community and Paid Media this will also include above the line marketing working with major creative agencies and a strong in-house team on delivery. You will be the link between the day-to-day strategy and the commercial aspirations of the business, a fundamental cog in the success of a ground breaking customer loyalty and reward platform.
The ideal Senior Marketing Manager will have at least 5 years marketing experience leading strategy on major brands including new products launches. Social and community experience is key along with knowledge of the full marketing mix across: Digital (Paid, Owned & earned) & Traditional Media channels. I cannot stress how important culture and team fit is for this role; you must be an excellent communicator and oose passion for your field.
