Guideposts Trust is currently seeking a Shared Lives Scheme Manager to join us in Diss, Norfolk. The successful applicant will receive up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Guideposts Trust is a registered Charity (no. 272619) which operates a Shared Lives Scheme in Norfolk and Suffolk
We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic practitioner to manage and further develop the Norfolk and Suffolk Shared Lives Scheme.
We have been successfully providing this registered service for adults with learning difficulties, who require placements with adult carers for both long term and short breaks, for the last 6 years. We are now looking to further develop the service across different service user and transition groups.
The successful Shared Lives Scheme Manager will be based at our registered office in Diss, and will line manage the team of Shared Lives Workers, and will play a key role in the development of the Scheme across other client groups with Norfolk and Suffolk County Councils.
The ideal Shared Lives Scheme Manager will be a qualified social worker, community nurse or equivalent which meets CQC standards, with management and / or supervisory experience.
