PAYROLL ADMINSTRATOR - £25000 - £27000 - BASED WEYBRIDGE, SURREY
This well established small and friendly accountancy practice based in Weybridge Surrey provides SME business clients, individuals and those in the Public House/Brewery sector with a wide range of accountancy, business advice and payroll services.
The practice needs an experienced self-motivated and knowledgeable Payroll Administrator who can clearly demonstrate a history of working with client payrolls in a professional practice or small to medium size business.
MAIN DUTIES - PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
The key duties will include:
- The process of all aspects of multi-client payrolls from start to finish on weekly/monthly basis
- Payroll reporting and resolving all queries
- Setting up new payrolls
- Dealing with HMRC
- RTI administration
- Managing contractor payrolls
- Arranging correct payroll payments
- General Office administration
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE -PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
You must have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
- Demonstrable track record as a Payroll Administrator with extensive administration experience,
showing the ability to work in a small team environment, preferably in professional practice or similar.
- Excellent PC skills, with extensive knowledge and experience of the most widely used Payroll Software programmes including Sage and Iris, plus MS Office
- Experienced at working on own initiative in a varied environment
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Ability to retain, promote and develop payroll business.
- Exceptional organisations skills with the ability to work with strict payroll deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills
