Job Role:
The company is looking for a HR Administrator to provide a professional Administration function to the organisation and internal/external clients. The role offers great scope for career development and progression within a growing business. There is also scope for the successful applicant to study for CIPD qualifications if desired.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will be expected to;
- Liaise with internal/external clients to recruit the ‘best talent in the industry’
- Provide a comprehensive administrative support to the HR Department
- Assist HR Manager to review/update HR procedures, intranet and recruitment methods etc…
- Maintain an updated list of recruitment agencies with details of fees/rates
- Issue offer letters, new starter packs and monitor progress in compliance with new starter procedure
- Ensure all references (5 years) are obtained prior to new employees starting work
- Send details to IT on new starters and ensure that they are set up on the system Arrange orientation training for all new starters within the first two weeks of start date
- Source and arrange training as required and manage the records
- Update personnel files including personal details, setting up new starters and uploading onto in-house systems
- Support the absence management process by collating and record attendance and sickness absence data
- Cover Reception when required and in the absence of the duty receptionist
- Professionalism and Integrity is of paramount importance
