Our Client are looking for Visual Process Assistants to join their team

The top Accountabilities are:
1. Record visually appealing ranges for all 'bricks' format types accurately and on time
2. Support the building process in Merch centre advocating adherence to business planning guidelines
3. Ensure Commercial/SRM systems reflect plans in an accurately and timely manner as per the Critical path
4. work with Merchandising teams to ensure appropriate case sizes and shelf capacity

Building product ranges into high impact Visual ranges
* Supports the range building process, ensuring Categories meet the sign-off deadlines
* Records each cascade accurately, enabling a seamless transition in Commercial and Property systems
. Ensure all stores receive an accurate and implementable merchandising plans.
. All deliverable system checks are complete in line with the critical path.
* Measures each product accurately and identifies lines that require further administration to complete
* Highlights the business rules and merchandising targets and work with the Visual and commercial teams when it is necessary to deviate from these
* Works with the Buying teams to highlight issues with samples and escalate where necessary
* Understands what the customer wants and how this will drive the Merchandising solution

Critical path and range build planning
* Tracks the range building critical path in the Merch centre and in the Centre of Excellence stores, escalating issues and communicating to the Merchandise planning teams
. Escalate all missed critical path deadlines to Visual Process Manager
* Measures and validates product samples to the product specifications to minimise space issues during range changes
* Works to ensure that both Commercial and Property systems reflect the theme and will allow successful implementation of the vision

JDA Pro space is a useful tool to have experience in as the role works heavily in this and retail experience would be advantageous
