Our client provides a range of care and support solutions for people with a variety of specialist needs, promoting a person centered approach in all aspects of the support offered.

They are looking for individuals to provide high quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours which may challenge. Services they provide include; registered care homes, supported living, one to one support in the community and support in individuals’ own homes.

Support Worker

£6.50 - £ 7.23 per hour • Full time, Part time and Bank

You will make a positive contribution by helping the people they support achieve independent lifestyles. Being a Support Worker is challenging and rewarding, no two days are ever the same.

If successful, you will work shifts as part of a rota to include evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays, sleep ins and waking nights.

Experience is preferred but not essential as they will support you through a full induction and training, you may also have the opportunity to achieve a Diploma in Health and Social Care at Level 2. Furthermore, all positions attract excellent benefits including 196 hours annual leave (pro rata for part-time), life assurance and childcare vouchers.
