My client, a globally leading mobility provider, specialises in delivering relocation and moving services across the world. They have an excellent permanent opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to come on board and take the lead on an integral project for the business.

The Project Manager will be performing complex analysis of business goals, objectives and needs, and the general business environment to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
As the Project Manager, you will be the liaison between technical personnel and non-technical personnel to meet outward facing customer needs.

The Project Manager will:
* Tracks and prioritises requests from external clients, building project management plans from Cradle to grave
* Project manages customer implementation requests
* Works with the BA team to create user stories for each request and works with the IT Scrum team to carry out the build
* Conducts training webinars for clients and internal customers related to existing or new functionality
* Participates in prioritising new functionality requested by clients
* Identifies, tracks, troubleshoots and tests issues as required by the Applications Managers
* Act as the point of contact for end users as process questions arise

The ideal Project Manager will have:
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with customers and team members
* Excellent communication skills
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* Presentation skills to present to management and customers
* Personal computer and business solutions software skills
* Good ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members across various regions
* Three or more years of project management in the IT Space
* PMP/Prince 2 certified
* Experience working in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
* Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organisation
* Experience working with business processes and re-engineering
* Experience working with computer programming concepts and basic language
