This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company and expand on their knowledge and skills. This role will suit a confident and ambitious individual with existing sales experience who wants the opportunity to shine.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive sales team who will offer their knowledge and experience to assist in your progression. Sales experience or knowledge of the Recruitment sector is a definite plus although full training will be given.

They are looking for someone to grow and develop, over time, into a fully-fledged Account Manager or Sales Executive as either route will be open to you.

The ideal candidate...

6 months+ in a sales related role

Ambitious, confident, articulate and motivated

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Dedicated to customer service

Excellent verbal and written skills

Proficient in MS Office - Excel would be desirable

Sales or Recruitment experience

Day to day duties...

Focus on both new and existing business via telephone and email

Converting warm incoming leads

Consultative approach to sales

Account management - very important

Building relationships with clients

Proposal writing

Once fully trained...

Face to face meetings

Networking events

Business lunches/dinners

This is NOT a traditional telesales position, once you have established a client base, account management is essential to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
