TTM Healthcare are recruiting a Band 7 Sonographer on behalf of a large NHS Trust located in Herefordshire, England.
The Trust provides community services and hospital care (acute and community) to a population of just over 180,000 people in Herefordshire.

We are looking for a friendly motivated Sonographer to undertake ultrasound examinations as requested by the senior staff or on own initiative as appropriate and to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in general ,abdominal, gynaecological and obstetric ultrasound scanning services and will have the ability to independently perform ultrasound scanning duties. With ultrasound rooms in Hereford and out in the community Hospitals in Herefordshire, the successful candidate will work across all site delivering a wide range of examinations including abdominal, gynaecological and obstetric, MKS and small parts.


This is a full time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week.
Excellent salary will be offered to the successful candidate

Requirements:

??BSc in Radiography.
??Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma in Medical Ultrasound.
??HCPC Registration.
??Must be capable of performing and reporting general Ultrasound obstetric, gynaecological and abdominal scans independently.
??Experience in vascular and MSK ultrasound is desirable
??Motivated and proactive and an ability to problem solve
??Ability to contribute well at meetings
??Flexible, responsive and enthusiastic approach in assisting with the delivery of the radiology service
