This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional relationship builder to manage and grow existing key accounts but also to utilise these skills to identify and win new business within the High Performance Laminates sector with a focus on the coffee, powder, ingredients, pet-food, ambient ready meals and beverage markets.

As part of a successful sales and technical team, responsible for the UK & Ireland, your role will combine responsibility for the strategic account management of an existing customer portfolio, whilst also identifying and acquiring new accounts with substantial growth potential.
Supplying customers with innovative packaging solutions, you will establish multi-level customer relationships, providing a strong NPD and service support network, and developing and executing negotiations and contracts as opportunities arise.
Candidates must have a proven sales/business development background gained in a progressive, business to business environment. Experience of packaging, whilst advantageous, is not essential. Sound technical acumen, commercial and financial flair will also be required. Determined, ambitious and self-motivated, candidates must also be excellent negotiators and communicators.
