Accessibility Consultant - JAWS - DRAGON - SC Level Security clearance

Our client, an IT Consultancy, is looking to recruit the services of an experienced Accessibility Consultant to work on an SC level Security cleared site in London. Candidates must therefore be SC level security cleared or willing and eligible to undergo clearance.

The post holder will be required to provide consultancy on Strategy Technology, Technical Design Authority/Technical Architecture on Accessibility. Tasks will include:

  • workplace accessibility assessments
  • advising on accessibility best practice
  • Providing 3rd line support of assistive technology
  • Providing Scripting for compatibility, web/desktop accessibility testing, assistive technology integration and project/transition support.

Key skills required:

  • Core Knowledge of accessibility tools JAWS and DRAGON
  • Windows 7 & 8, desktop build and policies
  • Knowledge of major infrastructure rollout
  • SCCM - System Centre Configuration Manager
