Our Brasserie and Conference and Banqueting Teams are looking to complete the team with candidates that are able to deliver excellent service, communicate with guests, passionate about great food and wine and wishes to develop their own skills.
The position will be filled with individuals who are approachable and can work under pressure whilst delivering exceptionable service.
The ideal candidate would live locally, be enthusiastic, passionate about food, have previous experience in a similar environment and be willing to work flexible hours.
The candidate must be able to work evening and weekend shifts
