outstanding Scottish cuisine that showcases the best ingredients - seafood landed on the harbours
of the East Neuk's fishing villages, carefully selected pork, lamb, beef, game and poultry reared by
award-winning producers across Scotland ... as well as seasonal fruits and vegetables chosen for
their flavour from farms, some of which overlook St Andrews.
A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie join our kitchen team at Hams Hame Pub &
Grill on a permanent basis. Reporting directly into the Sous Chef you will be responsible for the daily
running of your area.
You will possess a solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques and will demonstrate
competencies and skills within the kitchen. You will be highly competent in the following: meat, fish
and poultry cooking, and the preparation of vegetables, basic stocks, soups, and sauce.
To be eligible to apply for this role you will have experience in a similar role and it is preferred that
you are qualified to SVQ 2 or 3 level or equivalent.
