We are currently recruiting for a; -
Chef de Partie
Main duties include.....
* Preparation and cooking in all areas of the Kitchen using only fresh, quality ingredients, to include butchery and the making of fresh breads and pasta.
* Taking charge of certain areas of the Kitchen and helping to develop the Junior Chefs
* Maintaining the highest kitchen hygiene standards
* Assisting the Senior Chefs to ensure that the Kitchen runs smoothly at all times

This role would require experience in a similar enviroment and more importantly the ability to be able to demonstrate a passion for food. The successful candidate will need to be able to work using their own initiative and be able to preform effectively as part of a well established team. This position would be a perfect opportunity for someone looking to work for an established, luxury hotel chain whilst furthering their career in the hospitality industry.

Terms... We offer a salary of GBP16,500 ~ GBP18,000 dependant on experience and 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year. You would be required to work 5 days over 7,
to include weekends and split shifts.
Candidates must be able to prove their eligibilty to work in the United Kingdom.
