Commis Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Commis chef to join our team here at The Bulgari Hotel & Residences, London.

Located in the heart of Knightsbridge we opened in 2012 and continue to develop our team with people who demonstrate excellence in their profession, authenticity in their service and integrity in the decisions
they make.

The stunning spacious Ballroom of the hotel is designed to become the destination of choice in Knightsbridge which demands the expertise of exceptional professionals and we are currently recruiting a Commis Chef to help the Banqueting Kitchen deliver this vision.

Using only quality ingredients our Commis chef will be responsible for the cooking and plating of all Banqueting foods to the highest standards. You will be quick, efficient and accurate, providing a prompt service delivery. Following the clear directions of the supervising chef, you will learn the importance of
consistency and cost control.

To be successful in this role you will bring experience as a Commis Chef in a 5 star establishment and/or experience in a Michelin star or AA rosette restaurant. You will have a passion for food and excellent kitchen
knowledge along with an understanding of food safety and hygiene for the environment you will work in. You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your technical skills and flexibility will
be what sets you apart. You will possess good interpersonal skills and have good written and verbal communication skills to enable you to work closely with your colleagues.
