Job Summary
A brilliant new opportunity has arisen within an award winning Telecommunications Company based in Plymouth. An account manager is required to help continue to develop the growing number of accounts within the business; Duties will include relationship building, up selling and developing existing accounts.
B2B experience desirable
Experience in a tech company desirable but not essential.
Self-motivated and punctual.
2:2 minimum degree level educated desirable in either business or similar field; applicants without a degree will be considered based on previous experience.
Good communicator with a mature work attitude
Client focused with strong relationship building

Positivity is absolutely essential, the right candidate will be able to get past issues they encounter with a stable and upbeat approach.
Managing business accounts
Basic analytics and basic business practices desirable
The ability to work across cultures- our portfolio of accounts is based globally so the ability to work effectively with language barriers and different cultures is essential.
Selling into existing accounts - B2B selling not B2C.
CRM knowledge ideally with an efficiency in planning your week to ensure productive growth across your accounts.
The ability to work to and exceed KPI’s that are set on a per month basis.
Networking and meeting experience desirable.
