Commis Chef - Immediate start available
As part of the Maldron Hotel, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking and presentation in the restaurant. Our established team work well under pressure and therefore previous experience in this role is essential. Our Commis Chef will also possess:
Flexibility - enough so as to be able to work in 24 hour rotating shifts. Assist and enforcement of health and safety standards within the kitchen. Ensures that customers are served quality food and in a manner that is timely. Excellent management and organisation skills Good oral and written communication skills. Works well among our team and uses their intuitive. The Successful applicant will be rewarded by continual development, good rate of pay and exceptional working environment.
