3 Customer Service Apprentices for Estate Agency

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business transfer agency / commercial estate agents based in Bolton, operating nationwide, specialising in the disposal of small to medium sized business sales. This position will be supported by “on the job” training by a national training provider to achieve an NVQ Qualification; therefore you must be willing to undertake an apprenticeship programme and reflective wage

The successful candidate will study a Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Customer Service. This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessment as work based learning, within the workplace

Main Roles / Duties

·         To make outbound sales calls to our potential clients selling our products and services.

·         To introduce our clients to the business transfer process.

·         To obtain vital information required by our consultants through the use of pre-prepared        question sheets and prompts.

·         To obtain further information from our potential clients, and to present such information in     the prescribed format.

·         To arrange for call back consultations with our potential clients where necessary.

·         To act confidentially and discreetly at all times.

·         To undertake all duties in a polite, courteous and professional manner.

·         To undertake and comply with all relevant provisions, policies and procedures including compliance with statutory requirements and any other reasonable request of an employer.

Skills / Requirements

·         A high degree of motivation and enthusiasm is essential.

·         The ability to work in a fast paced and busy office environment, whilst retaining a level approach is required.

·         The ability to work towards and exceed targets is essential.

·         An excellent telephone manner, encompassing the ability to be articulate and confident is required.

·         A deep understanding of the nature of the business transfer industry and the products and services we offer is essential.

·         The ability to make concise, accurate notes and specific details in a pressure orientated environment is required.

·         The ability to work as an individual and as a solid team player is essential.
