Full and Part Time Support Workers Required
Due to expansion, our client currently has several permanent positions in the Preston area. No experience or qualifications are necessary as they will train successful people.
They are a well established, company who have a proven track record in providing excellent ‘person centred’ support to the people who have used their services over the last twenty years.
They have a passion for helping the people they support to reach their full potential and are always looking for people with the right values and qualities to join their highly motivated support team.
They need full and part time support workers to work with people with learning and physical disabilities who have additional or complex needs and require personal care. Occasional night shifts are required as part of these duties.
In return they offer their staff induction, training, a 24 hour help line, appraisal, supervision, and other forms of support & development.
Their unqualified rates start from £12,376 - £14,560 and they offer excellent promotion opportunities.
Some of the qualities they look for are flexibility, initiative, good communication, teamwork, and a passion for equality.
