Our client has revolutionised the Telecoms industry in Australia. Their Telecommunications franchise system, for individuals or existing businesses, enables their customers to become a telecommunications reseller themselves – essentially, a phone company, with all the latest offerings of mobile services, landlines, broadband, hosted voice and beyond.  Our client’s wholesale channel also offers large groups and organisations the same opportunities for recurring revenue by enabling them to promote phone services to their member base.  Our client has offices in New Zealand and the UK. The Role:

Their UK business is growing fast, and they are looking for a passionate and energetic Client Support Representative to provide technical support to our client’s customers so as to assist in growing and supporting their business with them. The position has enormous opportunity for growth, and will sit in the operations team reporting through to the Service Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service for our client’s customers.
  • Contribute to training for team members and new clients
  • Answer Incoming Calls from Clients & Carriers and following up on queries
  • Act as first point of contact for client queries relating to systems, products, provisioning and billing
  • Utilise and support appropriate systems
  • Have a focus on customer service through adherence to process and procedures
  • General clerical duties

Key Requirements:

  • Sound computer and MS Office skills – particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Experience operating multiple web based portals
  • Exceptional attention to detail, keen eye for numbers
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think through problems logically
  • Excellent written communication skills - able to document information in a clear & concise way
  • Able to work to deadlines & manage multiple projects
  • Able to build lasting relationships with clients, suppliers and internal staff
  • Pro-active and willing to take the initiative to drive improvements
  • Able to self-motivate and motivate others
  • Excellent follow up and administration
