Marketing Manager

Our client is an events company based near Shoreditch who specialise in dance/music festivals and multiple club/arena shows. Due to expansion and growth their friendly London office is currently recruiting for an all rounded Marketing Manager to oversee all their marketing needs across all platforms.

The ideal candidate will have the following background:
* Experienced in a management position (will be responsible for managing a Marketing Assistant)
* Exceptional organisation & commercial awareness
* Excellent creative writing skills
* Strong branding experience
* Key knowledge in all digital platforms (SEM, social media, display, eCRM, email marketing, affiliate etc.)
* Experience in traditional marketing channels (print media platforms)
* Experience in analytics to track ROI across various acquisition channels and direct marketing spend based on those results
* Continually evolve web presence, applying A/B testing across multiple conversion goals to achieve optimal conversion rates
* Co-authorship of a marketing plan for all key activity for each project; implementation of plan
* Co-manage the delivery of the festival's website; content management of the website
* Compile weekly/monthly/yearly marketing reports for the festival
* Oversee on-line & Digital Marketing Content
* Develop Social Media Partnerships
* Liaise with our Designer ensuring all artwork is delivered on time
* Line manage all the print media campaigns which includes, advertising locally and nationally
* An understanding of event management would be great but not essential for this position
