An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our client’s Customer Service team as National Customer Service Manager.

Already able to demonstrate effective people management, communication, and organisational skills, you will be motivated by working in a role where every day brings something different, and in a team where you will have the opportunity to drive quality improvements and make a genuine difference.   

Some of the areas you would take ownership for are:
 

  • Point of reference and escalation for all customer case management queries

  • Monitoring and managing customer email queries, ensuring right first time resolutions

  • Managing, supporting and leading a team of 3 Customer Service Managers ensuring appropriate resourcing at all times

  • Continuously assess Customer Service training needs, introducing development interventions that ensure progressive performance and service quality

  • Promote a culture of continuous development, leading by example at all times

  • Acting as a champion for customer service excellence, building strong professional networks that promote Company wide learning and development
     

    Experience that you’ll likely already be able to demonstrate:

  • Team management

  • Customer complaint management

  • Inbound/Outbound Contact Centre/ Call centre experience

  • Performance and service quality improvements

  • Training needs analysis and training delivery

  • Strong communication and expectation management skills
