Salary: GBP50,000-GBP60,000 + 25 days holiday + Contributory Pension Scheme + additional benefits
Location: Wiltshire/Hampshire - commutable from Swindon, Southampton, Basingstoke, Reading.

An IFS Implementation Manager is required on behalf of a leading UK organisation to manage the end-to-end Greenfield IFS implementation. The IFS Implementation Manager will coordinate the IFS Implementation Team throughout the project to ensure the solution is in-line with business requirements. The incumbent will manage the delivery plan and be responsible for ensuring key deliverable dates are met and update key stakeholders during project milestones. Furthermore, the IFS Implementation Manager will leverage their IFS knowledge to provide advice and guidance to the core functional team and wider business users; this will also entail leading the ERP Support Team through project cut-over and go-live to ensure the system is bedded in.

You will need to have exceptional stakeholder and vendor management, gravitas and business acumen as the role will be responsible for leading steering committees with Senior Manager/Director level. The successful candidate will also have experience with leading strategic IFS programmes/projects where they have delivered end to end implementation to small-medium sized organisations. Strong Project Management, Man Management and Business Analysis skills are a prerequisite along with in-depth knowledge of IFS, including developer and data migration tools.
