Our latest venue will open December 2014. This unique one acre space with 360 degree panoramic views of central London will feature two restaurants, a Sky Pod bar and dedicated event spaces over three floors. We are recruiting a talented individual, who is ready for a new professional challenge in this bespoke Premium environment.

Job role
*Reporting into the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager you will oversee all aspects of the day to day management for the Seafood Bar & Grill Restaurant at Level 37, to ensure that the team deliver the company product in quality, consistency & presentation
*You will be an ambassador for the company brand and build up relation shift with both internal and external guests.
*Working as a waiter, you will need to take orders, prepare and serve food and beverage items to all guests as per their order, prepare the bill accordingly and take payment in the most efficient time possible through adhering to the highest service procedures
*Working alongside the team and management, deliver a high quality service provision
*Being able to resolve in a prompt and timely manner customer issues and provide an adequate solutions

Candidate profile
*You will have proven track record of working within a similar Fine dining/ retail or fast paced environment
*You will be an excellent team player, lead by example and be able to communicate at all levels and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills within our diverse bars brigade
*You should be certified in H&S level 2 and Food Safety level 2 and be an accredited Personal licence holder
*Good command of English both spoken and written
*You will show relevant diplomacy and tact and maintain confidentiality at all times
