Job title: Recruitment Co-ordinator
Location: Launceston, PL15 8EX
Salary: £14,000 - £14,500 per annum
Due to the continued expansion and success of this international retail business, which has over 750 stores across the UK, they are looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join their internal recruitment operation based in Launceston, Cornwall. The team take responsibility for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions and administration to the retail stores throughout the UK.
As a recruitment Co-ordinator, you will provide recruitment administration and support to a portfolio of stores. This includes posting retail and apprenticeship vacancies to the careers website, shortlisting applicants, liaising with stores to arrange interviews and ensuring that all candidates are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
As an articulate and confident individual, you will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a very professional telephone manner. No recruitment experience is needed but great administration skills combined with a real passion for providing fantastic customer service is essential. Previous experience of working in a fast-paced customer service or administration role would be an advantage.
