An HR Coordinator is required to join the largest global provider of integrated information technology and digital marketing solutions to automotive dealerships and manufacturers in more than 100 countries worldwide for the world's biggest car brands.

Purpose of the role:

The HR Administrator will report to the HR Director and will be responsible for personnel administration for the UK HR Region. The role will provide a basic advisory service to associates and managers in the areas served and comply with company or local legal administrative requirements as directed. The role will also include supporting the HRBPs and local managers and being a proactive member of the HR team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Administrating all aspects of the employee life cycle
- Providing all required information to Associates, managers and colleagues through formal and informal mechanisms, including the pro-active transmission of information and the maintenance of information tools
- Acting as the focal point and conduit of data with other departments (e.g. Finance, Facilities, Desktop Support etc)
- Responding to associate and manager policy and process enquiries promptly and accurately
- Ensuring accurate and timely updates to Associate data in all HR systems
- Ensuring familiarity with HR work practices, providing guidance in all HR administrative processes to Associates, managers and colleagues
- Engaging with, supporting and partnering with the HRBPs

- Good standard of use of all Microsoft products; specifically Word and Excel

- Using logic and keen interest in learning HR and employment processes in order to improve the team and services to the client group
