Marketing and sales manager required by aap3 to work with our prestigious digital marketing agency client, based in Southampton. This role is looking for someone who is eager to build a career with a fast growing agency. There will be opportunity to grow the team you'll be working with and help develop business.

The successful candidate will have:

• 5 years digital marketing and/or sales experience (2+ with a digital agency)
• Experience working with Google Analytics and managing PPC, SEO, email/content marketing.
• Experienced working with, and managing, a small team
• CIM or Degree qualified

What you'll be doing in the role is:

• Identifying key markets and products
• Increasing the company profile
• Managing the marking activity of the whole company
• Giving direction to, and mentoring, other team members.
