Sewing Machinist

This market leader in Medical Devices are looking to recruit a Sewing Machinist to work in the sewing and pattern-making department of their Specialist Seating division based at their offices in Leeds.

They are extremely proficient in the field of custom seating. Their bespoke seating range, portfolio of products and accessories, provide their clients and customers with an extensive range of seating solutions.

The successful candidate will be required to manufacture and assemble seating systems by sewing to a high standard and to the specifications specified by their Seating Engineers.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in quilting, buttonholes, pattern making and be able to manufacture seat and cushion covers. Pattern making training is available to the successful candidate.

Applicants should be self-motivated and keen to work as part of a team.
