SALES ADMINISTRATOR - £20000 - HIGH WYCOMBE

This company specialises in recycling and reselling business consumables such as inkjet cartridges and by doing so, offering businesses and charities an opportunity to cut the cost of these products whilst minimising their environmental impact.

The Admin Office is the first point of contact for all incoming calls to the business, ranging from mail order customers looking for replacement pieces through to overseas shipping companies and leading high street toy retailers. As a key member of the team, it is vital to be articulate and polite, to know when diplomacy is required and to be personable and professional at all times in order to support the Company in achieving the highest standards.

MAIN DUTIES - SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Specific duties will include:
- Processing all sales orders for UK and Overseas accounts
- Liaising with customers about orders, shortages, incorrectly listed items and to resolve issues
- Provide a conduit of information between all stakeholders as needed
- Organising and managing mailshots for catalogues and flyers
- Provide daily reports and figures to management from sales order input information
- Produce reports and sales leads information gathered at trade fairs and on-line forms
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Manage travel arrangements for sales team

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - SALES ADMINISTRATOR

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

- Proven sales administration experience
- Excellent business English communications, negotiation and customer service skills
- Good Microsoft Office Suite skills with Excel, together with fast accurate keyboard skills
- Good numerical skills
- Exceptional organisational skills, planning, prioritising
- Independent and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of activities, solve problems and complete tasks using own initiative
- Working knowledge of Sage Accounts
- Positive ‘Can do, Will do’ attitude
- Live within 15 mile radius of HP12 3RP
