As the UK market leading Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom fitted furniture manufacturer, our client has had unsuppressed growth over the last 40 years, with an emphasis on providing a high standard of products and service. They are currently seeking the very best people, to further strengthen their position within the industry by appointing dedicated individuals to share in their success.

They are looking to recruit a talented and experienced Area Installations Manager as part of the Western Installation Team who will cover the Manchester Merseyside corridor. There will also be some travel across the UK and overnight stays. The ideal candidate will be located around the Manchester area and must have a full UK driving licence.

As an Installations Manager you will have full responsibility for leading and managing the installation service across the area, by providing a high level of service to our clients, managing and coordinating sub contract fitters to meet demands and work to the Company’s quality standards and deadlines.

 

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Coordinating Installation teams to meet the demanding quality and service requirements.

• Ensuring area performance targets and time scales achieved.

• Administrative duties in accordance with the role.

• Portraying a professional manner and promotion of the company image.

You must be:

• Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels to develop the existing relationships.

• Self-motivated and willing to work as part of a dynamic team.

• Able to work under pressure to maintain deadlines.

• Able to motivate teams of individuals.

• Able to focus on the installation process to a high standard.

• Computer literate.

• Personally presentable at all times.

You will also have:

• Experience of working within fast track building processes in an Installations Manager or Project Manager role, ideally within the Kitchen, Bathroom or Bedroom industry.

• Knowledge of installations.

• A Hands-on approach.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Experience of managing people.
