DIRECTOR OF IT FOR THE FALLIBROOME TRUST
NJC Grade 12, SCP 46-51 • Actual Salary: £42,858-£49,169 • Permanent Full-time
The Fallibroome Academy was one of the first schools to convert to Academy status in 2010. We have an outstanding record of success as a College of Performing Arts, Training School, Leading Edge and National Support School. Our last three Ofsted inspections (2002, 2006, and 2013) rated the school as outstanding in every category. Fallibroome has recently become a Multi-Academy Trust which establishes formal links with two local primary schools and a large secondary school. Also, Fallibroome Academy provides facilities, services, and resources to the Fallibroome
Learning Community, an association with its feeder Primary Schools.
We are looking for a visionary and dynamic director, to take responsibility for the IT and communications
infrastructures of the various organisations within the Trust whilst developing and maintaining the IT and telecom services across the Trust and Fallibroome Learning Community.
Fallibroome has a national reputation for innovation in teaching and learning and leadership development and was described by Ofsted as a ‘place for excellence’. Our enviable location in a desirable part of Cheshire, close to the Peak District National Park and within easy reach of Manchester and Chester, makes this an attractive place in which to work and it is undoubtedly an exciting place in which to learn.
If you possess the qualities to share the Academy’s vision then we’d be delighted to hear from you.

A detailed job description is available from our website.

Please note that we will only consider applications submitted on the school’s application form.
Closing date: Friday 14th November at noon
We are committed to the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of children and appointments are made subject to enhanced DBS disclosure.
