Framewell Ltd is currently looking for Skilled Chef x 2.
The role requires a proved record of work experience at NVQ level 3 or equivalent, good knowledge of complex oriental style cooking methods,skills and experience in processing and cooking oriental dishes, sufficient knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety and relevant legislations, good personality, self-motivation and innovation. Assist head chef with training junior staff .ensure cleaning standards/ routines are carried out in line with relevant legislation, guide and monitor the correct storage of fresh food and grocery, assist in ordering from suppliers.
