Admin and Casting Agency Co-ordinator

We are looking for a person who is a natural communicator, who genuinely enjoys talking with others both in person and on the phone, in an easy and relaxed fashion but still in a professional manner. This Person has to be highly motivated and organised - thriving on responsibility, working well under pressure, able to prioritise and prepared to 'go the extra mile' to achieve success. Good computer skills and attention to detail is a requirement, as is the ability to successfully understand and deal with the varied needs and requirements of both artists and clients.

Our busy Agency is the largest children’s and young performers’ agency in the UK. We represent children with a wide range of talents from 4 – 20 years old as well as a small management agency for adults. As an agent our task is to find our young performers auditions and work experiences in TV, Film, Commercials, Radio, Theatre.

Experience in drama, dance, singing or the entertainment industry would be very useful in understanding our business but training will be provided if not.

We are also looking for someone who can diversify, as the job requires dealing with elements of admin that are required. The ability to manipulate our bespoke software to produce reports.

As well as being office based we run 10 plus audition workshops every year across the country which staff are expected to attend on a rotation basis. When working at weekends a separate additional fee is paid and all travel and accommodation, subsistence covered.

All staff undergo unhanced CRB checks and also must become licensed chaperones which is paid for by the agency.

Shortlisted applicants who are successful in interview will be asked to attend a trial day in the agency.

Weekends: Seasonal weekend workshops March- June paid extra on a daily rate
