MRP Supply chain Co-Ordinator

Our client is a multi-disciplinary research and development organisation which prides itself on delivering innovative solutions within the organisation and to other organisations across the electrical power transmission and distribution, power generation, rail transport and aerospace industries.

They are currently looking for a MRP Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join a rapidly expanding department within the company.

You'll be self motivated and able to work with the minimum of supervision, you'll be a results driven individual who is capable of dealing with a fluid manufacturing and project orientated environment.

You'll be involved in creating and improving innovative solutions with regards to:

• On-time placement of purchase orders for defined commodity/component responsibility.
• Management of supplier "kick off" meeting on initialisation of purchase order.
• Management of Purchase orders/Schedule for a defined commodity/component responsibility.
• MRP exception messages management in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintenance of professional customer-supplier relationships.

Some of the key skills that my client are looking for include:

• Experienced dealing with Supply Chain.
• SAP ERP System management essential.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing/Project Environment.
• Multi-functional team-working.
• Problem solving skills.
• International trade and knowledge of Incoterms.
• Innovative and results orientated.
• MS Office applications.
