SEO Specialist - Alpine Elements. 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. Based in Wimbledon, London.

Are you a SEO Specialist looking for a new and exciting challenge in the within the Activity Travel industry? If so Alpine Elements may have just the role for you.

Alpine Elements Ltd is a medium sized tour operator specialising in ski and summer beach & alpine activity holidays operating throughout France, Greece and St. Anton, Austria, with their sister company iGO Ski offering short ski breaks. We employ up to 200 overseas, seasonal staff, in addition to a permanent head office team, working all year round to deliver the best product for our clients and support for our employees.

As our SEO Specialist you will be accountable for the following

- Develop and deliver SEO strategy to increase search engine visibility and drive organic search traffic and revenue for the brand

- Prioritise and execute key SEO initiatives, including keyword analysis, content development, technical audits, link-building, internal linking and competitor analysis to build website authority and deliver the highest ROI from search campaigns

- Influence and support the creation and delivery of exceptional, link-worthy content marketing and social initiatives

- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations to ensure that websites are technically optimized to attract and engage visitors

- Stay-up-to date on new developments, trends and technologies in the SEO/SEM space

- Initiate off-site and on-site activities that build ranking, profile and traffic

- Communicate with team and management on project development, timelines, and results

- Help set, and work to, performance indicators for SEO

- Work closely with the other team members to achieve goals

- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels

And the following skills:

- 2 years' experience of Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytical tools including Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools

- Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery Tool)

- Experience working with CMS platforms and creating/administering content

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
