Electrical Contracts Manager
Cosgriff Whitehouse Electrical ltd - Wolverhampton
An Opportunity has arisen for a a Full time Electrical Contracts Manager to join our well established company in Wolverhampton. A minimum of 5-6 years experience.
Basic salary £35k - £40k depending on experience
Company vehicle
30 days holiday including 8 statutory
Electrical Contracts Managers Role:
Management of electrical contracts from inquiry to hand over.
Ensuring contracts are delivered on time and budget.
Contracts in industrial and commercial, water companies
Estimating, working on tenders and providing quote for clients ,
Financial control for multiple contracts nationwide
Attend Pre- Contract and any other site surveys/ meetings .
H&S risk assessments.
Labour management .
Requirements :
Electrical qualifications and work background is necessary.
17th edition Qualified,
Previous experience in electrical engineering services with another contractor.
High organisational skills
Leadership
Planning
Persuasiveness and ability to influence others .
Full UK driving licence.
