Revenue Management Analyst - Online Gaming Innovator - London

An opportunity has arisen to take a leading role in a pioneering revenue management (RM) initiative at one of the top UK gaming companies. Utilizing risk and stochastic modeling, this is a fantastic opportunity to create a real difference in the company s pricing models. In particular, the role will identify new customer segments and delivering value priced strategies to drive customer lifetime value. Through the generation of predictive and optimization models, the role will contribute towards the accelerated growth of the company. If this is the type of challenge that you have been looking for then you will need the following commercial skills and experience Have good experience in a role where quantitative predictive modelling skills were applied in a high impact, complex data rich environment. Expertise in pricing and revenue yield management models techniques is desirable. At least an MSc in a quantitative subject (maths, physical sciences, engineering etc) with a PhD preferred. Exceptional programming skills (MATLAB, R, SQL, Python) with demonstrable output delivered using these languages. Have significant experience with optimization predictive modelling techniques, including (but not limited to) Linear Programming, Non Linear Programming, Meta Heuristics, Monte Carlo Methods Survival Analysis Bayesian Processes. The ability to introduce new and innovative techniques, and talk about the strengths and weaknesses of each technique, is key. A believer in patterns and importance they play in decision making. Able to extract trends and insights and from complex and incomplete data sets. Show evidence of being a logical thinker who has the ability to break complex problems down to their constituent parts in order to deliver solutions in a clear, methodical and logical manner Strong written verbal communication skills. Able to work in fast paced environment where flexibility is key and directions can change frequently. Strong team player working collaboratively and with confidence at all levels. An interest in sports and the gaming industry would be advantage. Willingness to travel periodic trips to Gibraltar.
