Centre Manager
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Centre Manager at our client’s branch in Ilminster.
Salary: £21,000 basic plus commission and bonus.
Term: Full Time, Permanent
The role:
Due to the customer facing element of the role, applicants must be highly skilled in customer service and be able to communicate to an excellent level. You must also have good practical and problem solving skills, with the ability to lead others.
You will be responsible for delivering business results through effective management and co-ordination, delivering high quality and efficient services to all customers, whilst ensuring sales, service and profitability targets are met.
You will be responsible for other members of staff so must have excellent team leadership skills and have the ability to solve problems fast and effectively.
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have fast fit management experience
The Person:
To be considered for this role of Centre Manager you will have:
- Experience in Car Tyre Retail fitting
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Good computer skills (CAM Systems): Email, excel and word
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence
Hours for this Centre Manager role are 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday and Saturday morning).
