We have an immediate need for talented and experienced Customer Service Advisors to work for one of Cardiff's most well known contact centres, in a highly sought after position.
You will be joining a company that places emphasis on hard work, dedication and commitment to outstanding customer service. To be successful in gaining a position with the company, you must have previous (recent) contact centre or retail (fashion or grocery store) customer service experience. In addition, you should be able to demonstrate high levels of commitment to your past employers and be able to fulfill a contract until at least 31st December 2014, but likely into the new year. You must be able to pass a background security check and be able to provide a minimum of 2 outstanding references from your most recent and previous employers.
This position is initially on a temporary basis, so you must be completely available to start immediately and flexible to work shifts between 7am and 11pm, Monday to Sunday (you will get a permanent fixed shift pattern though, so you know exactly what you are working and this will remain constant throughout your assignment)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound calls from existing customers.
- Updating and amending customer details where necessary.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times.
- Working as part of a team
Working hours: Monday to Sunday, full time and part time hours between 7am and 11pm
