Care and Support Manager

The Camphill Village Trust (CVT) which is a national charity. We provide supported living, learning and meaningful work opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and autism. We provide varied work opportunities including our own; farm and gardens, bakery, café, weaving and craft workshops.

We are in an exciting phase of developing our services and we need people to work with us who share our enthusiasm and commitment to providing quality care and support for adults with a learning disability and autism.

Care and Support Manager - Larchfield Community

Full time, 37.5 hours

Substantial previous experience of working with adults with autism, learning
disabilities, physical disabilities and challenging behaviour is essential.
You will provide leadership to ensure that our high quality of care continues to meets internal requirements and CQC compliance.

You require at least 3 years’ experience in a care and support management
role. Experience as a Registered Manager is an advantage. A management
qualification or care equivalent to NVQ Level 4 (QCF level 5) in Leadership
and Management or willing to work towards this is essential.
