**Calling all Data Analysts, Mathematicians, Statisticians & Number Crunchers**

The Statistical Analyst Role:

We are looking for an experienced Statistical Analyst who will be working in the Analysis team, your focus will be on delivering research and analysis projects in line with client (external or internal) requirements. Due to the large element of research for this role, you will be expected to be innovative, to come up with new and sound concepts and be able to develop them into repeatable processes.

What we are looking for:

If you are an experienced Statistical Analyst who works well in a team and independently when necessary; if you are able to challenge and develop new ideas, be completely data-driven and able to justify your assumptions, estimates, decisions with data; if you are able to translate business requirements into data requirements and vice versa; this will be a very exciting opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

> Bespoke analysis projects for clients including building marketing attribution models and building out data-driven strategies

> Research and development

> Streamlining and documenting internal processes

> Support on defining clients’ analysis requirements and presentation of findings

Technical /functional expertise:

 - Essential -

> Advanced Excel, including pivot table manipulation, graphs and charts, joining multiple data sets

> Experience of SQL language, retrieving and joining data are expected to be done using SQL

> Advanced knowledge of statistical modelling

> Ability to write programmatic procedures for statistical analysis 

> Maths or statistics first degree 

 - Desirable - 

> Experience in using the R language 

> Ability to understand and write Excel macros 

> Experience in working with digital marketing data and an understanding of the digital marketing industry

> Post graduate qualification in Maths or statistics
