£17,500 Per annum Base Salary according to experience (estimated OTE £19,900) + Company Bonus

Founded in 2005, we are a growing Self-Storage brand with seven sites across the UK. We have modern purpose built stores with extensive security and 24 hour access available. Our aim is to make life for our customers easy by providing a top level of service at no extra cost. 

Note: the successful candidate will hold the in-house title of Reservations Team Member.

The Inbound Telesales Advisor Opportunity:

The Reservations Team Member is part of a small team situated in an office environment and reports to the Manager of the Reservations Team. It is a requirement that the Team Member meets and/or exceed sales targets and ensures that all sales opportunities are maximised. You will be required to ensure that our customers' enquiries and issues are managed positively, whilst adhering to all operational procedures and policies.

In tandem, you would also be required to:

> Actively sell to prospective customers and be aware of all discounts and offers available

> Take responsibility for organising and carry out work for self, managing information, decision making, planning and prioritising

> Assist the Reservations Manager in identifying ways to improve sales and processes

> Provide feedback on the impact of changes to pricing and offers

What we are looking for:

> A sales background with strong communication skills

> Ability to work as part of a team

> Good numerical understanding

> GCSE equivalent in Maths and English

> PC literacy

> Flexibility in working hours as required 

40 hours per week (excluding lunch breaks), working on a rota, 5 days out of 7. Opening hours are Monday-Saturday, 9.00am to 5.30pm and Sundays, 10am to 4pm. 

You may have worked in the following capacities: Telesales, Call Centre Representative, Sales Associate, Store Sales, Self-Storage Sales Representative.
