As the digital marketing manager you will work hand in hand with the CMO for the brand to develop a broad strategic marketing strategy across all channels but focused towards Social, Community and Digital PR. This will be almost entirely 'you're baby' at least day-to-day - working with Global Media agencies to deliver the paid side of campaigns you will link the strategy into the strategic goals of the brand, focusing on delivery high impact short term launch campaigns and long-term engagement focused growth campaigns. Data will also be a big focus on the role, helping the team to segment customers and target effectively whilst continuously monitoring and optimisation strategies across all channels.
The ideal Digital Marketing Manager for this role will have at least 5 years focused in experience in leading digital marketing strategy with a large proportion of experience being in Social and community roles. An exceptional knowledge of how this links into Paid media and theories behind strategy in this area is vital along with a clear passion and motivation for all things digital and for not only creating highly successful broad marketing strategy but also for creating world beating brands and customer experiences.
